Starter Project Options

For now, here’s a glimpse at the options I typically offer.
The Business Audit
The Business Audit is great for clients looking for ongoing business management services.
It serves two main purposes.
- It enables me to deeply understand your business.
- It identifies key areas for optimization.
With these insights, I can present targeted improvement opportunities to you in a customized Action Plan.
- Deliverables: Action Plan + Action Plan Review Call
- Timeframe: Based on recommended audit depth (2 to 4 wks)

Next Steps: At the end of the audit, you can assign action items to your team or hire me to implement the plan!
Implementation may be done on a project basis or as the start of an ongoing Scope Retainer.
The Client-Needs Project
This option is typical for clients looking for project-based support.
If you have a project on the horizon, let me know! It could be a great way for us to collaborate and get acquainted.
My primary requirement is that the project aligns with the expertise outlined in my Service Offerings.
- Deliverables: Based on project
- Timeframe: Based on project (2 wks to 2 mos)
- Extension Options: At the end of the project, we can assess your next steps. If we're a fit, it might be time to define a Scope of Work as part of a Scope Retainer or figure out the next project!
The OBM Road Test
The OBM Road Test is ideal in two specific scenarios:
- You’ve been referred by a client or someone within my network and are looking for ongoing business management services.
- You already have an Online Business Manager (OBM) and need someone to seamlessly continue the work.
Additionally, your Scope of Work needs should align with the expertise outlined in my Service Offerings.
- Deliverables: Select Business Management and Project Services outlined in a Scope of Work, based on client need. 20 hours/mo minimum
- Timeframe: three (3) month contract
- Extension Options: At the end of the contract, you can elect to extend the contract terms to continue service.
