The Strategic Business Plan

This plan addresses key business challenges:

- Extension Options: At the end of the project, we can assess your next steps. If we're a fit, it might be time to define a Scope of Work as part of a Scope Retainer or figure out the next project!
The OBM Road Test
The OBM Road Test is ideal in two specific scenarios:
- You’ve been referred by a client or someone within my network and are looking for ongoing business management services.
- You already have an Online Business Manager (OBM) and need someone to seamlessly continue the work.
Additionally, your Scope of Work needs should align with the expertise outlined in my Service Solutions.
- Deliverables: Select Business Management and Project Services outlined in a Scope of Work, based on client need. 20 hours/mo minimum
- Timeframe: three (3) month contract
- Extension Options: At the end of the contract, you can elect to extend the contract terms to continue service.
